Information you send us

When you enquire via telephone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share (which may include your phone number, postcode, messages and photographs). Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss possible service arrangements. We do not use your quote request to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Phone calls are handled by your telephone provider, WhatsApp messages are handled by Meta/WhatsApp and optional email by your email provider. With your permission, we also use Google Ads, with your permission, to measure clicks on contact links. Review each provider’s privacy terms and your legal duties before launch.

Optional advertising measurement

You can accept or reject optional Google Ads measurement when the cookie notice is displayed. We only load our Google Tag Manager container after you accept. To change your decision, use Cookie settings in the footer. An accepted preference can be withdrawn at any time.

Keeping and deleting information

We retain enquiry messages for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage potential service arrangements, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion where the law provides that right.
